About Us

We are newly formed charity with an aim of easing the suffering of street children. Our headquarters are in Bath, Great Britain and we currently have assistance in Finland, Bangladesh and Egypt.

WHY DO WE DO IT?

  • We believe it is the right of every child to be freed of ritual abuse; be it physical maltreatment, psychological torture, sexual abuse, child trafficking or any other abhorrent act leading to child suffering.
  • We believe that every child should be freed from poverty and be provided sufficiently with access to clean water, food, medical care and education.
  •  We believe that action is the only way that child suffering can change. We also believe in the increased impetus of organised action.

WHAT IS OUR APPROACH?

  • Build trust and friendship with street children and local aid workers aware of the whereabouts and problems associated with street children
  • Identify individual problems and provide individuals solutions to their problems for example:
    • Trauma physical and mental - children will be provided with counselling specific to their needs
    • Poverty and a lack of medical aid - life saving medical aid will be provided such as re-hydrates, band-aids vaccinations and antiseptics
    • Lack of resources to be able to 'make their way in life' - the tool that can be used to help older children work for a living or start their own business will be provided
    • Lack of education - education will be provided utilising computer technology and open source educational aids
  • Identify larger scale problems and provide generic aid or, methods by which such problems can be legally confronted for example:
    • Lack of safe water and poverty - building of wells, clean water supplied, or at least the providence of water cleansing tools
    • Large scale education problems - larger scale educational projects are planned
